How to Do It All While You Work At Home
What results can you expect to see from your work at home business? A conversion ratio of 1-2% of your visitors on average should buy from your web site, and 11% should subscribe to your newsletter. This is standard web statistics. This is the goal. It is no different if you work at home. Continue to test and tweak your web site until the target conversion rate is met. Continue to test and tweak offers. Nothing is perfect the first time. There is always room for improvement. The important thing is that you take action, do not worry about making mistakes. We learn from our errors and improve our skills. Eventually, you will meet - and may exceed - your expectations.
So how do you get started with your website? There are a lot of ways to work at home and market a product or service on the Internet. You can use your website of course but, how do you use it. If you search Google, you will find the most widely used methods. One of the methods that has a degree of success is through affiliate marketing.
How do you get people to want to come to or stay at your website? Let your readers have something free, such as a free report. Place these reports at the top of your site, this way they will not be missed by your readers. This can be a very motivating reason for you visitors to fill out that request form. Another useful technique for your work at home marketing is to create a message using an automated response or autoresponder. Your messages will be sent by e-mail to people who filled out the form and verified the first email you sent them. The research has proven that seven contacts with any prospect will usually end with a sale. So the more contacts you make with new people, the more sales you will make.
One way to get people to click on your link is through email marketing. Basically email marketing involves sending emails or newsletters to existing or new customers. Spamming is not good and you should never use an email campaign in that manner. Always use a verified mailing list. Make sure you are creating emails that are useful to the reader. Such as reminding them of what your work at home is about and the product(s) you are promoting, giving them more specifics and details that will make them want to purchase your product. It is important to refrain from making the message sound like a sales pitch. Instead, give them specific reasons on why they should be buying your product. People like to read informative facts about particular products. When you work at home, you can do it all - just as long as you can get the traffic to your website.
My work at home business is much simpler than that, and I do not have the expense of an email campaign. You see, leads used in email campaigns are notoriously overused, and the response rate is very low. The number that just might possibly be interested is usually around 3%, and the number that will actually buy is - if you are very, very lucky - 1/2% of that 3%. So out of 6,000 people, maybe 1 person will sign up or buy your product.
I don’t worry about that in my work at home business. I buy customers, and I am very happy because it is profitable. I earn commissions on the purchases of my customers. No need to worry about sending products or returns - the company handles all that. If you would like more information about this unique opportunity, give me call. Or click the link below.
